He made me feel like my goals are much more achievable than I had thought! So far I’ve met and surpassed my weight loss goal. I have him to thank. Best around. Has a diet and exercise program available also nutrition advise — great one on one training at a great facility. I don't have to worry about others judging me during my workout. All and all perfect set up for me.
- Corinne ALandis is a great trainer. He considers your previous injuries and helps you build strength in areas that will help support you in order to prevent further injury. It is a comfortable environment to workout when you are a person who is self conscious about working out in front of people in public. He is motivating and is always sharing tips and knowledge throughout the session.
